Stayed in spotless room with a very comfortable bed. Comfortable chais and a chair were all available.

Wonderful and tasty breakfast, best ever had, with salmon and top rate, for instance. The room was nicely furnished and well decorated, and the bed was comfy, would stay there again.

I had good time.
The hotel was spotless, being near the beach. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was friendly efficient and exceptionally attentive during all this time. I had double room with windows overlooking garden and comfy bed. I really enjoyed having breakfast, it was tasty.

Nothing to complain about, would recomand it. The hotel is clean and reasonably large, has affable staff and good and absolutely perfect location close to Sandown esplanade.
